    For anyone wanting to spoil the RMS takeover, having DIO trading at a premium to the RMS bid also kills the DIO/RMS arb trades which is probably behind quite a bit of the DIO demand (and RMS supply). Its also possible its someone wanting to subtly accumulate reasonable quantities of RMS via the DIO back door so as not to set off any sparks under the RMS price.
