Just saying that it looks a bit like when you need to move a holding from one entity to another, you can do an off market transfer or get your broker to move it via the market. So they put on a sell/buy at X, then take it out seconds later at Y. Price doesn't move much if any. I don't think it means things are right or wrong - just shuffling
