The facts remain this.

1. Arganaut purchased 2m shares in February.
2. In early March Tony goes on National TV and gives a big call on ADR.
3. The day after and every day since his firm are the biggest sellers by double the nearest seller.

These are the facts and you cannot offer any other rationale except it is a classic lump and dump. The numbers speak and the rest is BS.

For instance - you cannot say to me that a) Tony didn't ramp this on national TV and b) Arganout are not the biggest sellers.

Because the opposite is fact.
