A big French company spent $$$ to buy PDN, then they are keen to get into Australia, regardless whatever ALP U policy conference debate. They must know a bit info that mere mortal is not privilege to get hold of. It appears to hold PDN for a while before the final outcome from ALP U policy decision. It sounds it will have weekend to debate until final decisons!
