this is medium term buying at these levels.
As long as all the middle east people are at each other's throats and Opec 'pretends' to pump more oil, then high oil price = cash for COE.
They may not be producing it as quickly as they would like, but the reserves are still there at the end of the day and prices do not look like falling in the near future.
