True, but MDL had a JORC reserve/resource big enough to warrant the development of a mine. Fully diluted BSR now has about 25% of the shares that MDL issued, and nothing but 'blue sky". Sure BSR may have lots of gold, but how much time and money will it take to find it and what will be the cost of actually mining it? What will be the number of shares on issue to get any BSR mine into operation if gold is found?

It is so speculative, while MDL is an established operation with upside from further gold exploration, a possible expansion of its milling operations, and the world class minerals sands deposit as another major operation that could be funded from gold mining profits.
