Dr Birx says it doesn't work, part of the White House.
CDC and FDA says it doesn't work
Control group studies show it doesn't work.
There is a huge conspiracy around the world to hide its effectiveness

Or there are a very small number of (in the most part) discredited Doctors making claims in anecdotes, biased retrospective studies and just opinions in order to claim fame, fortune and possible political favours
