I just think they have done full and proper testing and it failed, therefore they need to move on to find something that works.
I don't mind it being tested as an preventative, if someone wants to take it while they do a trial fine.
It has been made political by people making false statements about the 2005 report which was in cell culture.

No reason at all, I am retired. Makes no difference to me. I am in Australia don't care about the US domestic policy effects.
Just think the virus is serious and need the best science.
The people who promote it are the people that don't want a vaccine, they want to say that it is no worse than the flu, the people who are dying are dying of other things. All that other BS.
In the meantime, people who listen go out without masks, cause lock downs, cause infections and deaths. And they don't care.
I would rather a cure that works, or a vaccine and get back to life
