Hmm well who did PXS take in as a partner then to FDA ? havent heard its mandatory to have a partner to go to FDA not saying your wrong but news to me .


if thats the case then it could be ages till FDA im going to clarify this issue with the coy and report back its not my understanding that you need a partner agreement before going to FDA anyone got any links or info on this??.
