Howdy Bucki. Wow that would be fantastic however a huge call to make. With Lastly on this one i'm afraid as suspect either the story was poorly written or at least misread.
If you have ever experienced any nerve damage you will know any reversal will take a long time - nerves aint quick to grow or regenerate. Basic analogy is if you burn a bunch of sticks the result is rather permanent. MPL looks like it can slow or maybe at best prevent further deterioration of function -and without nasty side effects.
That is already a real and meaningful scientifically demonstrated outcome. Any other claim should really have at least some authoratative evidence.
Totally agree PAA need to stay out front and while i have previously grumbled about messaging have to say not sure what extra could be done of late.
