@easternhealthau Box Hill hospital. Nurse just fell on floor in tears.
My friend says the nurse & doctor have been “beautiful” but they have nowhere to put her boy. He’s been offered no food (she went and bought some). She’s had two hours’ sleep. It’s been an incredibly stressful and painful time since his diagnosis but this she just can’t believe.

In exasperation, she messaged her local MP, @paulhamermp. The message seems to have been read. The only reason she wants this public is she hopes it exposes exactly what patients & staff are enduring. Disclosure: I’ve known her since school & she is one of the best humans ever.
