Having a look at the last annual report there where 9 board meetings through the year. That works out at a meeting every 6 weeks roughly. Those boards meets may be by zoom or some such method. But they also had a number of circular resolutions through the year.

So with meetings roughly arranged at 6 week intervals and circular resolutions being used it is easy to hold back market sensitive information under the guise of "work in progress".

The general meeting is near the end of July and quarterly reports are due by that time and performance share ratification vote is on the agenda.

We should get a juicy announcement in the next week regarding our gold assets.

I don't think the MT Thirsty SS will come out before the GM because JV partner Conico may be planning a CR and the project may need a little pump to get them some money.
