    depending on how the valuations come in i think in the long run if sp put up the money for a tin circuit capable of processimg 1mtpa then that would probably take their input to around 50-60 mil so a friendly merger on even ground would sound like a good thing and create 1 massive company with a mc bigger than each individually and a more diversafied minerals base. remember csd has more than likely a lot more minerals than just tin and iron ore, there has been some reports of copper and zinc and maybe even some low grade gold and high grade silver as well so it does make sense. any sp values on that one.
