ASX rules only allow them to take in their situation US$25 mil without further authority which has not been applied for (would normally need a vote). see ann
Having said that IMO it would be unlikely to get that sort of take up. If it occured that would be a large positive because it reflects a solid demand for stock.
QBE recent one scaled using a mix of investors holding and applied amount, historically this has been unusual but something to be aware of.
