Against KRC? My original statement and view is that of a clinical one. There's nothing damning about it, stocks are cyclical. Eventually a stock will go on a downtrend, whether short, medium or long term.
Stocks are held by people, there is a human aspect to trading. If the company's good and metal prices are up but the SP is going down. You gotta look at it from another angle.
