AEK gains 20% on a million shares volume and no comment?

Someone wanted shares in spite of the resignation of the Managing Partner. I think I read early 2015 for a decision on the project but maybe someone decided it was time to accumulate some shares. This looks like a slam dunk to me but obviously not a lot of people agree.

Let's hope this is the beginning of many more days with solid gains and good volume.
