My golden rule is buy at market value,sell at market value breaks the cycle and gets you in and out of there, sure sometimes you lose a little bit buy paying more the same as selling less, but how many times have you asked yourself why didn't I buy or sell when the price was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and miss out by half a cent, Because you and everyone are greedy that's how the market works.
