The AFR reported on Friday that one of the larger shareholders in Woolworths, presumed to be US investor Capital Group, last night offloaded a 2.6% stake in the stock through Goldman Sachs JBWere. The 27 million shares were underwritten at $10.82 a piece, representing a 3.3% discount to the close of $11.19 a share and a total of $292 million. (AFR)"
Put through this morning. I don't fall WOW all that closely but I can't see this being a positive.
