Well Mr Counter of the Beans,it's taken you since last year to run the ruler over what you consider to be the doubtful Accounting treatment on revaluations .
Perhaps you may be able to let us mear Mortals know,only from an Accounting persective,although it appears you can also nearly provide legal advice.
