    No s**t what have I been saying? If you look through my post, none of my prediction has been wrong. Fundamental is fundamental, said it for TGR, SIG, RFG, now API. I bought at amount twice my previous holding at 1.48. I am pretty sure that API is being conservative with their downgrade. If their actual result beat forecast then the share would rocket back.
