Well, yes, some players make coaches, but we all know that a champion team mostly beats a team of champions - the difference is management.
Bad management spoil good teams (and mining assets) and the best management cannot compensate for crap personal or geology.
When the going gets tough, the tough get going - Lt got the best out of SLR's assets, and long before the market realised the assets were not long life, LT was out there looking for new long life acquisitions while micromanaging SLR daily operations .... ask anyone who knows the industry and they'll tell you that LT is highly respected among his peers .... and he doesn't give "a rats" for what HC enthusiasts think .... and who can blame him.
I'm not an LT fan, I just recognise a seasoned professional when I see one, and I try not to put too much faith in my on analysis, especially when it is not endorsed by Mr Market.
