One would expect a jump but due to how the whole thing has been managed the SP seems to be staying below par.

If you were a potential new shareholder (they'd be the ones to bring the price up) who's done some research into SER over the last 2 years would you buy in? Based on info released to the public would you have confidence that you'll be part of the party?

The huge risk is that your shares will be devalued which could easily happen in a company where management and directors have little regard for other shareholders.

Very few have confidence in the deal or else the SP would change.
