landman: I do not think that they could have put that sentence that you suggest into the ann. as most likely BOTH Mega's and SER's management people were already fully aware of the resource upgrade a while ago whilst negotiating... JIMHO, of course and I could be wrong.

P.S.: Just HOPE that if it will turn out to be a "done deal" that it will also be a great deal for us ordinary shareholders of SER. Time will tell.
