    Precisely. This talk of "full amount plus interest" is a bit overenthusiastic.

    Not to take anything away from the settlement, but this isn't the end of it.

    Note: "...the Company continues to pursue repatriation of funds from other parties involved."

    We'll have to see how this goes over time, but today's news is certainly positive.
