As I've mentioned previously, something like this could well be on the cards for a major overseas company but they will want to see the 12-24 month traction that the company has in the US prior to launching into the BIG business imo as they will want to minimise risk.

Although some off these companies are just so huge already that anything could be on the cards earlier than expected.
