Up again in Toronto. Currently up 5% and cracked C$2.00 in early trading. The Uranium price is slowly appreciating and PDN has had a good run since Christmas. Will it reach $2 on the ASX this week?

The specter of Fukashima appears to be fading. The Chinese, Indians, Saudis, Russians and Brazilians are fully committed to a nuclear generation future. Even the USA recognizes the safety and promise of the new generation reactors.

I have just returned from Europe and China. I was struck by the economic pessimism in Europe. China in contrast is booming and the attitude is entirely different. I had heard about this being the Chinese century but the reality of witnessing the progress at first hand is sobering. The Chinese are taking climate change seriously and recognize the need for meeting their massive energy needs from non-fossil fuel sources. Be prepared for widespread Chinese acquisition of international uranium resources.
