Eagle, listen to the video. The UK Gov. data they are referring to compares infection rates between vaccinated and unvaccinated.

"Provide the actual data" you ask? I'll do better than that. Here are the Vaccine Effectiveness (VE) results of Pfizer and Moderna against Delta (blue lines) and Omicron (green lines) over the past month (20 Nov - 12 Dec). This compares the infection rate between vaccinated and unvaccinated people. A VE above zero means unvaccinated people have a greater chance of being infected - and VE below zero means vaccinated people have a greater chance of being infected when exposed to the virus.

This shows that with Omicron, Pfizer has lost all its effectiveness 30 days after being fully vaccinated. What's even more alarming is what happens after 90 days. Apparently, the VE goes to -77%. This means if you have two equal groups exposed to the virus (one vaccinated and the other unvaccinated) 77% more vaccinated people will catch the virus than unvaccinated. Moderna is pretty much the same.

Obviously the vaccine is doing something to your immune system to make you more susceptible to viral infection. This probably includes ANY virus, not just the coronavirus.

If you want to know why, read on . . .

There is growing evidence that the covid vaccine changes the immune system and makes your innate immune system less capable of recognising cold, flu and other viruses. See here:
    https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.05.03.21256520v1

There are also publications that show how this happens. Apparently, the spike protein from the vaccine freely enters the immune and other cells and then migrates into the nucleus where it disables the DNA repair hardware. DNA repair is used extensively by the innate and adaptive immune system to fix damaged DNA done by viruses, radiation, pathogens, etc. - and to formulate the binding surfaces needed to attack all pathogens. See here:

So, months after taking the vaccine (or booster), its not just your covid immunity that wanes, it seems all your immunity could be waning.

This would explain why the vaccinated have been experiencing the "worst cold ever" in the UK and elsewhere. I have also read posts from vaccinated people saying that catching Omicron is like "getting the worst cold ever". But, maybe its not so bad for the unvaccinated or those who just got a booster? Only time will tell?
