This is a company maker IMO.

12,000 acres for RFE, I believe AUT has 15,000 net acres, but RFE is going to aquire upto 50,000 acres. The balance maybe be done in the form of a J/V, but we will surpass AUT in the terms of net acres held.

It appears that the area is as good as the Eagleford Shale if not better.

On our 12,000 acres, with a 340 acre spacing, we could fit 35 wells. At 420Mboe reserves per well, that could give us 420*35= 14,750Mboe in Reserves!!!!

Did I read/caculate that right?
