Cabcharge were looking to acquire the Cashcard ATM network from FirstData a few months back. Cabcharge (ASX:CAB) were doing due diligence on the acquisition, however, they were late on the scene and the first offer presented to Cashcard was accepted. The hurdles in the first offer (i.e conditions) were met and Cabcharge missed out.
From memory, I think SGB were also vendors in that transaction as well. May be of benefit for you to have a thorough look at that transaction and determine whether CUS acquisition cost was on about the same terms with the Cashcard transaction.
Not familar with any ASX listed stock other that the Big Four and regional Banks that have these kind of business operations.
