Suspending NKP  is not an option shareholders wishing to sell should have the right to sell.

This is a poker game for the  Chinese who 'blinks' first looses!  The Chinese will be following every post on Hot Copper and take notice of every comment. As far as I  know they have not withdrawn the offer of 10 c / share.  To move forward the Chinese need to conclude the take over  and take  out the minority- and take the minorities as 'cheap ' as possible - they will not pay a cent more than they need   to conclude the takeover. 

Either hang in for may be 12c  of sell out and claim a tax loss!
