AZL is paying US $500 an hour to its Phoenix lawyers to complain to the judge about something that has nothing to do with deciding whether BLM followed federal law when reviewing its application. The Hualapai might have made a mistake when they did not notice Lloyd's failure to list "drilling we are already set up to do" as something that would be briefly delayed, but that was relevant only to whether a temporary restraining order was necessary before the real issues could be argued. It is meaningless now to the judge, who can recognize petty bickering (and padding the bill) for what it is.
