While there is a natural hill buffer between Big Sandy and Coffer Springs which shields the project (on BLM land) visually from any "guests" that maybe practising their diving techniques, what is to become of the telecommunication towers that will littler the landscape on "sacred" land?
And what about the road access thats needed to maintain and install them?
