When I encountered an Geo article informing Australia to move steadily northward (hey, thats still Gondwana separation in action), immediately I thougth about reduction of the distance to Malaysia.
The question remains wether the savings in transportation cost or an increasing price for RE will help share price more to recover.
Anyway, with abundance of patience there will be a land corridor in the course of time.........
