Lack of transparency? Oh ummm well yesssss and that wont change anytime soon I don't think unless they are forced to become more transparent and they will fight it with arguments of loss of competitive advantage if they are held to account beforehand. It isn't quite a black box investment but is rather close, remember Babcock and Brown?
