Section 9 outlines an abbreviated version of proforma financials but that is subject to the IPO listing (which has now occurred). Makes it very hard to get an true analysis on it and the history is irrelevant due to it being insolvent.
No question of the nice stag premium enjoyed in the last 2 days although the question was about what is the NTA and we cant tell and secondly there is a lot of structure about the operation at a governance level that needs to be put in place and disclosed. They disclosed some of the seed investments in the Prospectus but that's it.
It is more an expectation (of something in the future) than a complaint (about the past).
