Big Sell Order at 0.07c

Just noticed a huge Sell Order of 7.9 million shares at 0.07c buy 1 person. Not sure who is doing it but it may be a capital raising by the company, I think they have shareholder approval to do so up to a certain limit.

Must admit it is better to do that than an off market at a discount that then generally results in an immediate share price drop to the discount price.

If it holds 0.07c until confirmed production, I'm happy, just hope it does not drive a 0.06c buy frenzy.
