Crisis77 dont stress too much about the price you paid for CDS now RES. I too bought in at the 30's and again now at 14.5. I remember the 1987 crash, the market quickly regained its footing, regaining all of its loss in about 1½ years. The thing to remember is RES has the resources in the ground, they haven't suddenly disappeared, and the management are still there. Just with the mortgage crisis, a few of the big and old financial investment houses closing or being sold at a fire sale price it will spill out into the general market. People panic and or have made good gains from the very low price they bought into CDS now RES and have decided to sell up and still make a good profit.
