There's a bit of talk in the market today about the "lucky hedge fund" who slammed 6 million Telstra shares into a broker market maker late on Friday night at 4.54pm. It was reported as a late trade on Monday morning just before the downgrade announcement. You've got to wish the regulators all the luck in the world tracking these guys down to find out what they knew. And the ASX wants to cut transparency in the market.

PS: Funny how the government is using the same advisor that PCCW used to flog the dud Asian assets to Telstra.
