CTP is sitting pretty on tenement, management record and JV's

Be glad it's sideways and not downward in it's consolidation phase as a teenager (14ish and pretty as a peach).

She'll be an over-drilled old hag in two years (70+) and that'll make me very happy to know her....hmmmm....strange thought....
