Nearly at end of flag and today the W%R turned up, RSI very low and we got a green candle. PRR also at/near bottom of bollinger and Dow possibly up tonight.
Not too surprising buyers arrived and were happy to get taken out. It also looked like the buyers queued lower moved up for the buy eg. the .058 line diminished about the same time buyers arrived further up, some jumping the queue. Looks good for upwards movement.
We'll have a better idea tomorrow.
