Depends what price they could issue them at and how much debt pay down would satisfy the market to take notice. a 20% dilution at these prices would only achieve raising 11million, 30% 17 million. The fact that the sp it near all time lows may be a big dterrent for this but if they could crank the sp up and achieve a better price this could be an option.
