i see your argument, agree with it to a degree, but not entirely. perhaps we disagree on semantics, but agree on matters of substance - the main one being, in this instance, that if ATV can get its hands on the Acadian resources it will be a mighty step forward for the company and its shareholders.
but having been burnt at MMN, one of whose directors sits on the board of MAR, in which i have a not insignificant holding, and wondering about how rosy the future is for MAR, i certainly concede that whatever faith one has in management, it needs to be watched and frequently assessed.
