Totius? Totius who? seemed to be big the question around NY city. CCU has been doing due diligence on Lumacom since June 04.
I have been very negative of LUM but things have changed. Signs are in Turkey and NY - Sala bro's in NY training Turkey installers. Advertisers are interested and likely to wait until installation and commissioning is finished. CCU likely to get Europe and Asia (Hong Kong at least) on successful signing of a NY advertiser.
The main strength of LUM is not it's pretty signs, but that the NY signs likely to cost LUM about $2mill to manufacture and a similar sign with "old" technology would cost about $20mill. Maintenance is about 10-15% of "old" signs
