hey petera,
I agree that news is imminent although we have said this many times....but really it is! There are a few points that we need to consider:
1) I've been told that the results we received we're in fact only on test wells. ie. wells which we're drilled which did produce poor (pre-stimulation) flow rates.
2) They we're all from different formations
3) Remember that there were some wells that had decent (pre-stimulation) flow rates:
*Wilkerson 2A - (AOF) of 265 Mcf/day
*Malcolm Doyle Comm. 1A - (AOF) of 320 Mcf/day
There may be one or two I missed. Hopefully Bruington Engineering can formulate a frac process that will retrieve the maximum flow rate from the wells. A threefold result IMO would be a target that they would like to achieve.
4) Possibility of a new acquisition
5) Flow rates from Polecat Creek - IMO there must be something of significance at Polecat to remain operational.
6) Flow rates from Moses Austin Gas and Oil Project - We haven't heard much about this. IMO I wouldn't be surprised if drilling has commenced.
7) The spudding of PEL73 and/or PEL 105
8) Most importantly, the next quarter's results. IMO this is key for AKK. They need to prove that they are a small cap with a heavy income stream. This will be the catalyst for the sp to move north.
