Bungy, Have just re read PDN announcement. "Mr Crabb And Ms Swaby had arranged for settlement of these loan accounts prior to Lift Capital's appointment of a voluntary administrator..." . Infers they had the money to settle, given Mr Rick Crabb was not a director of UMC he wasn't required to report any sales if he did sell, where as in ROY he was required to report sales a a director & then only for about 149,000 shares. If he didn't sell PDN shares where did the money come from, given PDN shares would also have been reportable as a director? Suspect he was trying to get clear of Lift Capital before they collapsed. Selling has been around UMC from before recent run to $1.45, because remember large line of about 350,000 on screen at about $1.42 that looked like capping but in fact was taken out by the market. At the time looked like an inexperienced overseas seller who just placed the line of stock there & waited, but may have been local after all.
