On that oppies T4P, I am wondering what would be the result if free oppies are voted down. Would SIs have any chance to ask for money back or take legal actions. Or simply in the contract, it says if shareholders not agree to hand you free oppies, then you don't have it? Will be interesting time ahead. We can debate on if free oppies is appropriate and fair. I am fully aware of people voting yes and life goes on wherever the way it goes. I don't care, do my vote as I see good for me just like the coming election. We are living in a proxy world.
