If oppies voted down I expect CTR would simply issue them under a reloaded 15% placement capacity....Why would CTR directors reneg on a deal that would not only likely require them to reimburse all moneys taken but also likely destroy their personnal/companys reputation within the industry for nil gain??..They wont!!.....
