There are buyers supporting this at 22c. Basically if you have the balls for some risk reward 22 is the price to get in at and sit tight for a bounce.
It might well all be in my head but the buyers at 22 are likely to be the sellers sitting at 23.5 shaking out the weaker hands. I mean it a perfect day to do it.
