Legally they cannot buy on market nor can an associate (if known).
An unidentified associate could be behind it, but anyone buying at $6+ willing to sell into a bid valued at $5 must surely raise the eyebrows of the takeovers panel??
Another day of massive volume with VWAP still at $6.10.
