    As Dealings suggested, I think current price movement is the new broker intent on making good RHE's decision to use them, by giving the stock some support with their clients. I dont believe its a buy back. The company did say they were considering this at their last AGM and I'm sure they would have to make a formal announcement if they had decided to do that.
